About LUMI
LUMI offers handmade jewellery, jewellery-making workshops and related events and services.
The website provides information about LUMI jewellery, workshops, events and related services. You may submit an order request for jewellery or an event booking request through the website.
Submitting a request does not constitute a purchase, confirmed booking or binding contract. Product orders and event bookings are confirmed separately by LUMI.

Product Information
LUMI jewellery is handmade using selected materials and components sourced from different suppliers. Depending on the design, products may include natural stones, freshwater pearls, beads, chains, clasps and other jewellery components.
gemstones, beads and pearls may vary slightly in colour, shape, size and texture. These variations are natural characteristics of the materials and are not necessarily considered defects.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information on the website are accurate. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.

Order Requests
The website allows you to select products and submit an order request.
Submitting an order request does not constitute a purchase and does not automatically create a binding sales contract.
After submitting an order request, you will receive a request number. You may then contact LUMI via Instagram to discuss and confirm your order.
Product availability, delivery options, delivery costs, payment method and other relevant details will be confirmed separately before the purchase is finalised.
A sales contract is concluded only after the order has been expressly confirmed by LUMI and the relevant terms have been agreed.

Event Booking Requests
The website allows you to submit a request for a workshop or other event.
When submitting an event booking request, you may be asked to provide your name, email address, preferred contact method, city, number of participants and preferred date.
Submitting an event booking request does not constitute a confirmed booking and does not create a binding contract.
LUMI will contact you using the preferred contact method provided in the request to discuss availability, event details, pricing and other arrangements.
An event booking is confirmed only after the relevant details have been agreed with LUMI.

Prices and Payment
Prices for jewellery, workshops and other services displayed on the website are stated in euros unless otherwise indicated.
No payment is processed through the website. Payment details and available payment methods will be agreed separately when an order or event booking is confirmed.
Any applicable delivery, event or other additional costs will be communicated before the purchase or booking is finalised.

Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable Finnish or EU consumer protection legislation.
Where a purchase is made as a distance sale, applicable statutory rights, including any applicable right of withdrawal, will apply.
